AUTHOR GUIDELINES

Welcome to Academicus: Journal of Teaching and Learning. We invite high-quality submissions that contribute to the fields of education and learning. Our aim is to foster a comprehensive understanding and to promote an interdisciplinary approach to education research, theory, and practice. Below are the guidelines authors must follow when submitting their work to our journal.

Submission Types
We accept the following types of submissions:
- Original Research Articles
- Review Articles
- Case Studies
- Book Reviews
- Opinion Pieces

Manuscript Preparation

Formatting
- Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.docx).
- Use a 12-point font, preferably Times New Roman, double-spaced.
- Ensure that pages and lines are numbered consecutively.

Structure
Your manuscript should be organized as follows:
- Title Page: Includes the title of the manuscript, author(s) name(s), affiliation(s), and a corresponding author's email address.
- Abstract: A concise summary of the manuscript, not exceeding 250 words, highlighting the main findings and conclusions.
- Keywords: Provide 3-5 keywords representing the main content of the article.
- Introduction: Presents the purpose of the study and its significance.
- Methodology: Describes the research design, participants, data collection, and analysis methods.
- Results: Presents the findings of the study, supported by tables and figures where necessary.
- Discussion: Interprets the results, their implications, and their relevance to existing knowledge.
- Conclusion: Summarizes the study's outcomes and suggests future research directions.
- References: Lists all sources cited in the manuscript, formatted according to APA (American Psychological Association) Style and the 6th edition.

Language
- Manuscripts must be submitted in Indonesian or English.
- Ensure your manuscript is proofread and free from grammatical and typographical errors.

Submission Process
- Manuscripts should be submitted via the journal's online submission system.
- The submission must include a cover letter stating the manuscript's significance and its fit with the journal's scope.

Review Process
- All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review by at least two reviewers.
- Authors will be notified about the review outcome and may be requested to make revisions.

Publication Ethics
- Submissions must be original and not under consideration by any other publication.
- Any potential conflict of interest must be clearly stated.
- Authors should adhere to ethical standards concerning human and animal rights in research.

Copyright and Access
- Upon acceptance, authors agree to the journal's open-access policy, allowing unrestricted access to the article's full text.
- Authors retain copyright, but the journal has the right to make the first publication and to use the work in ways that advance its aims.

Charges
- There are no submission or processing charges for manuscripts submitted to Academicus: Journal of Teaching and Learning.
